General Move-in Questions
• Security deposit on good credit, equals one month rent.
• Certain utilities covered, gas water, sewer and trash, however each building is different please inquire for specifics.
• Our lease lengths range from 6 months to a year, however on short term leases additional costs may apply.
• Our buildings are pet friendly however there are several requirements: 1. pet must be friendly and 2. we collect a pet security deposit of $500 3. $25 dollar monthly pet rent. 4. Pets must be up on current vaccinations and tags.
• Business hours are M-F 9-6, Saturday 9-3, Sunday appointments available. We are very flexible on meeting people, on or off hours, please contact the office.

What kind of credit do I need?
We work with all types of credit, except evictions.
With Credit there are 2 options. With Good Credit there will be a deposit equal to 1 months rent. With Poor Credit there will be a deposit equal to 2 months rent.
Do you allow pets?
Yes we are pet friendly. All of our properties accept both dogs and cats, however there is a $500 pet deposit for dogs and cats. There is pet rent charged for Dogs and Cats: Dogs and Cats are $25 Monthly.
How much do I need to make in order to be approved?
2.5 times the asking rent.
What forms of ID are accepted at income property management?
State drivers license or Identification card, military ID, and foreign ID.
Do we have corporate and summer rentals available?

How much is does the application process cost?
$25 per applicant (including cosigners) payable only by cash, money order or cashiers check.
Do your Apartments include appliances?
Our apartments include a stove. If you would like to get a refrigerator we would be happy to provide you one at a cost of $25.00 per month.
Does Income Property Management accept Housing/ Sec. 8?
Typically no, however please inquire.
Why do some properties take Housing / Sec.8 and some not?
Every property is owned by a different owner and it is personally up to them whether or not they want to use these programs on their building.
